1. No Refunds on Completed Work

All payments for services that have already been completed and delivered are non-refundable. This includes any creative content, strategy documents, advertising campaigns, or consultations that have been fulfilled according to the agreed scope of work.

2. Project Deposits

A deposit may be required to begin a project. Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your place in our production schedule and cover initial planning, research, and resource allocation.

3. Cancellations

  • If a project is canceled before any work has started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion (excluding deposit or administrative fees).

  • If a project is canceled after work has begun, no refund will be issued, but you may be billed only for the portion completed.

4. Delays and Client Inactivity

If a project is delayed or paused due to client inaction or lack of communication for more than [e.g., 14 days], we reserve the right to close the project. No refunds will be issued for dormant projects. A restart fee may apply to resume work.

5. Dissatisfaction with Work

We aim for client satisfaction and will make reasonable revisions as outlined in your service agreement. However, dissatisfaction alone does not qualify for a refund once work has been delivered and accepted.

6. Digital Products and Downloads

Any digital files, templates, or downloadable content sold via our website are non-refundable once delivered, due to their immediate access and nature.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us to resolve the issue first may result in termination of services and may be considered a violation of this policy. We encourage all clients to reach out so we can address concerns professionally.
